About product purchase

If you have a coupon code, please proceed as follows when you proceed to the checkout screen.

  • For smartphones Click the item "Display order details/Enter coupon" displayed at the top.
  • If you are using a computer, please check the "Coupon Code" item displayed on the right side.

Next, enter the code in the coupon code field and click the arrow "➡️" button or the "Apply" button on the right to apply the coupon and confirm that the discount has been applied.

Please note that the coupon will not be applied if the payment is completed before the discount has been applied.

*If the message "Please enter a valid coupon code" is displayed and the coupon is not applied, there is a possibility that the conditions necessary for using the coupon are not met. We will check the details, so please contact us from the inquiry column .

If you need a receipt, please indicate so in the remarks column when ordering. If you have an address or a proviso, please also include it.

If there is no designation, we will issue the address as "orderer's name" and the proviso as "product fee".

We do not enclose a statement of delivery. We will replace the purchase statement with the order confirmation email that you will receive when your order is completed. We ask for your cooperation in going paperless.

About payment

I'm sorry, but our store does not support cash on delivery. If you do not want to enter credit card information, please use convenience store payment or bank transfer.

About the postage

We use two shipping methods depending on the product size.

  • standard postage
  • Cat POS delivery (post mailing)

For items with a thickness of 2.5 cm or less, you can choose Nekoposu delivery, which has a lower shipping fee than regular delivery.

However, if you order multiple items that are subject to Nekopos delivery, or if you order items that are subject to Nekopos delivery and items that are subject to normal delivery, they may be treated as standard delivery.

In addition, the maximum order quantity for Nekopos delivery differs for each product, so you can check it on the delivery method selection screen at the time of checkout.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please proceed to checkout after acknowledging the above.

About delivery

The time zone that can be specified by time designation is as follows.

  • Morning (8:00-12:00)
  • 14:00-16:00
  • 16:00-18:00
  • 18:00-20:00
  • 19:00-21:00

Please note that in the case of post-mailing (Nekoposu) delivery, it is not possible to specify the date and time.

We will use Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. for delivery, but there may be days when we cannot carry out the shipping business due to our side's convenience.

If you would like to specify a delivery date, we recommend that you complete your order at least one week in advance or contact us in advance.

*Delays may occur due to traffic conditions, etc., so we do not promise delivery on a specified date for orders placed one week or more in advance.

If there is a day when we cannot ship for more than 4 days, we will make an announcement on the site.

In addition, please note that in the case of shipping by Nekopos where the shipping fee is cheaper, it is not possible to specify the date and time.
